We have been ordering transfers from your company for many years. Usually everything goes well. But yesterday, unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience. I ordered the largest car for 130€ for my son's family, since there were 4 adults and a small child and they wanted to travel with more comfort than in a smaller car for 70€. They also had a lot of luggage. As a result, for some reason the company decided that we made a mistake and sent a car for 70€. And it was not a Mercedes. It was very hot, the driver often opened the window and turned off the air conditioning. Therefore, the trip was not as comfortable as usual. The company's request - please ask the customers if you have any doubts. It was easier for us to pay more for a larger car. The difference is not that big. But we still love your company and hope that next time we order your largest car, you will send it.

Fast, efficient and safe. It is very easy to find your driver with your name at the airport. I recommend.

Arrival good as flight delayed and driver was waiting. Minibus was very comfortable it was clean & tidy. Return same as above very happy. Only issue was paying. Couldn’t pay in advance or by card. Paid the driver in full on arrival at the hotel. Then when returning at the airport was given the phone by the driver with someone saying I needed to pay. Took a while about 5minutes for them to finally say ok. Not the end of the holiday I expected.
